) •You will be required to drive to each job location and perform the jobs on your own In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance services, ensuring outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional landscapes that meet client expectations while adhering to safety standards and environmental best practices. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance using power tools and landscaping equipment Maintain and operate groundskeeping machinery such as blowers, trimmers, aerators, and snow plows as needed Identify various plants, shrubs, trees, and pests to ensure proper care and management Install and repair irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth and water efficiency Execute landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, planting, and hardscape installation or repair Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Manage pesticide application responsibly by understanding proper handling procedures and environmental considerations Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or groundskeeping with outdoor work environments Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and grounds equipment operation Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management techniques Ability to read and interpret technical manuals related to irrigation systems and landscape equipment Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance is a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
