Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds vibrant and healthy Operate irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper watering schedules for all turf and plant areas Maintain athletic fields by aerating, seeding, and repairing turf to meet safety and quality standards Use hand tools, power tools, chainsaws, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently for routine groundskeeping tasks Manage pest control measures by applying pesticides responsibly in accordance with safety guidelines Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of materials such as soil, mulch, and equipment parts to support ongoing maintenance projects Operate company vehicles and groundskeeping machinery for transportation and operational needs Experience Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, or golf course groundskeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, power tool safety protocols, and equipment maintenance practices is essential Familiarity with athletic field care techniques and gardening practices will be advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in outdoor environments Strong understanding of pesticide management procedures and safety standards Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment including chainsaws, mowers, trimmers, and other power tools Trash pickup in the community twice per week Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that inspire pride!
