Job Overview Depot Nursery is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our growing landscaping company. You will be instrumental in installing new landscapes, maintaining existing grounds, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met every day. Duties Install trees, shrubs, plants, mulch, and landscape materials. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, pruning, planting, and watering. Drive a pickup truck with a trailer safely to and from job sites. Load and unload plants, trees, and equipment. Work efficiently with the crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Follow safety procedures and keep job sites clean and organized. Qualifications Experience in landscape installation is required. Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Knowledge of plants and trees is a strong plus. Crew leader experience is a plus! Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus!
