In this energetic role, you'll work outdoors in all seasons, applying your skills in lawn maintenance, landscape upkeep, and garden care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure our clients' properties look their absolute best. This paid position offers hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques, making every day engaging and rewarding. Duties Mow lawns using commercial mowers and power tools to achieve precise, healthy grass coverage Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with hand tools and power equipment to enhance landscape aesthetics Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers for optimal watering efficiency Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, mulching, planting, and weed control to keep properties pristine Operate heavy machinery like excavators for hardscape installations or land grading projects Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and blowers is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles or previous experience in landscaping or construction projects is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety practices on site Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, or Must Know How To Flip Edge,Trim Bushes,Blow Out Flower Beds, Spray Weeds Join us if you're ready to grow your skills in landscape maintenance while helping create stunning outdoor environments.
