Lawn Care Technician — The Amazing Lawn Man The Amazing Lawn ManZephyrhills / Wesley Chapel, FL$17-$19 per hour | Full-Time/Part-Time Join Our Team The Amazing Lawn Man is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in doing quality work. If you're someone who shows up on time, works hard, communicates well, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in your work, we'd love to meet you. WhatWeOffer $17-$19 per hour, based on experience Paid weekly Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour days Friday, Saturday & Sunday off most weeks Overtime opportunities when needed Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Performance-based pay increases based on reliability, quality, productivity, and teamwork Uniforms provided Work shoes provided after 90 days Cold drinks and ice provided daily Quality, well-maintained equipment Opportunities for advancement Schedule Our normal schedule is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days, giving you a three-day weekend most weeks. Occasional Friday or Saturday work may be required when weather delays our schedule or seasonal workload requires additional hours. No regular Sunday work. Job Responsibilities As a Lawn Care Technician, you will help with: Mowing residential and commercial properties Edging, trimming, and blowing sidewalks and driveways Shrub trimming and landscape maintenance Mulch, rock, sod, and landscape installations Maintaining clean and organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Providing professional, quality service at every property Working as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently Requirements Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic Positive attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to work well with a team Lawn care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person WhoWill Succeed Here?
