Royal Gardens Landscaping is seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This is a full-time position supporting both our lawn maintenance and landscape installation operations throughout Broward County, Miami Dade, and Palm Beach Countities. This is not strictly a maintenance-only or installation-only position. Employees may primarily work with one crew but must be available and willing to assist either department depending on the company's schedule and project needs. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, works well with others, and is comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities Lawn Maintenance:

Mow lawns using commercial walk-behind, stand-on, or zero-turn mowers Operate string trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers Trim shrubs, hedges, small trees, and other plant material Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and landscape debris Maintain clean and well-manicured commercial and residential properties Assist with routine property cleanups and seasonal trimming Identify and report irrigation problems, damaged plants, or property concerns to the crew leader

Landscape Installation:

Assist with the installation of plants, shrubs, trees, sod, mulch, rock, soil, and other landscape materials Prepare planting beds and job sites by digging, grading, removing existing plant material, and moving soil Load, unload, and transport plants, materials, tools, and equipment Assist with irrigation installation and basic repairs when needed Follow landscape plans and instructions provided by the crew leader or project manager Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project

General Responsibilities:

Be willing to work with both the lawn maintenance and landscape installation crews as needed Safely operate and care for landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment Inspect tools and equipment and report damage or mechanical problems Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment Arrive on time and prepared for work each scheduled day Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team Maintain a professional attitude while working at client properties Perform other landscaping-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, construction, agriculture, or another outdoor labor position is preferred Experience with both landscape maintenance and installation is a plus Must be willing to learn and perform both maintenance and installation work Familiarity with commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, hand tools, and power tools is preferred Ability to work outdoors in South Florida heat, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, kneel, dig, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the day Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Must work well with crew leaders, supervisors, and other team members Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location is required Valid driver's license and experience driving a truck with a trailer are a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays, extended hours, or overtime may be required depending on weather, workload, and project schedules
