Company Overview Grounds Group Landscaping specializes in commercial landscaping services, delivering high-quality outdoor environments for a variety of clients. Our team is dedicated to creating beautiful, functional landscapes that enhance property value and curb appeal. Grounds Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Landscape Installation Laborers to join our team. This position will primarily focus on commercial landscape installation projects.

Responsibilities include:

Installing trees, palms, shrubs, groundcovers, and sod Preparing planting beds and digging holes for plant material Installing mulch, rock, and other landscape materials Loading and unloading plants, materials, and equipment Assisting with site preparation, removals, and landscape renovations Operating basic landscape tools and equipment Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite Following instructions from crew leaders and project managers

Qualifications:

Landscape installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work well as part of a team Valid driver's license is a plus Experience operating landscape equipment is a plus
