About TWQ Landscaping We are a full-service commercial landscape company based in Fort Lauderdale, serving Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and Collier counties. Our clients include retail shopping centers, office complexes, homeowners' associations, and stand-alone retail stores, and our job is to make them proud of how their properties look. Position Summary We're adding Landscape Crew Members to our maintenance teams. You'll work on established commercial and HOA accounts performing mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and bed maintenance — the work that keeps a property looking sharp week after week. Commercial landscape maintenance experience is preferred, but if you show up on time, work safely, and take pride in your work, we will train you. Key Responsibilities Mowing & Turf Care Operate commercial mowers (zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind) across multi-acre commercial and HOA properties Edge walkways, curbs, driveways, and bed lines for clean, defined borders String trim around buildings, fences, signage, light poles, and other obstacles Blow and clear all hardscapes, walkways, entryways, and parking areas before leaving a site Pruning & Ornamental Care Prune and shape shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plantings to the property's standard Prune palms and remove dead fronds and seed pods as directed Remove dead or damaged growth and maintain clear sightlines at entrances, driveways, and signage Bed & Weed Management Hand-weed and maintain planting beds, tree rings, and hardscape joints Install and refresh mulch; maintain crisp bed edges Report irrigation problems — broken heads, dry spots, standing water — to your crew leader so our irrigation team can address them Equipment & Vehicle Care Perform daily inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment before and after each route Clean, fuel, and stage equipment at the end of the day Load and secure equipment properly for safe transport Report damage or maintenance needs promptly Site Quality & Customer Service Follow each property's scope of work and stay on route schedule Present yourself professionally on client properties — you're the face of TWQ to property managers and tenants Flag site issues such as storm damage, pest or disease problems, and safety hazards to your crew leader Safety Wear required PPE, including eye and ear protection, high-visibility apparel, and proper footwear Follow traffic and pedestrian safety procedures on active retail and office sites Operate all equipment according to company safety standards Qualifications At least 18 years old Commercial landscape maintenance experience preferred — we will train the right candidate Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Enthusiastic, dependable, and safety-minded Able to work outdoors year-round in South Florida heat and humidity, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the day Reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus All employees complete a background check and a motor vehicle record check. We are a drug-free workplace.
