• the person who hooks up the trailer, gets the crew and the equipment to the properties safely, and then works the property right alongside them.

It pays a premium over crew for one reason: you're trusted with the truck, the trailer, the licence, and everyone riding with you. We're not filling a seat. We're hiring the Crew Leader you'll become.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Drive the crew truck and pull a loaded equipment trailer between the Davie yard and commercial properties across the WPB-to-Miami corridor
• Hook up, load, secure, and back a loaded trailer into tight commercial entrances
• gates, garages, and narrow drives included
• Perform the full range of property maintenance work with your crew: mowing, edging, line trimming, blowing, hedge and shrub trimming, bed detail, and debris haul-off
• Walk the property before you leave and fix what got missed
• the property is the product
• Run daily pre-trip and post-trip checks; flag anything wrong to the shop early, not at the end of the week
• Keep equipment tied down, fueled, and accounted for
• what leaves the yard comes back
• Use our field management app to log the work, post photos, and surface site conditions
• Get your crew and your equipment back to the yard safely at the end of the day

YOU'RE THE ONE IF

• You have real trailer experience
• you can hook up, pull, and back a loaded equipment trailer into a tight commercial entrance without drama
• You've done lawn and property maintenance work
• mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, bed and hedge detail
• and you can hold the standard on a commercial property
• You hold a valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable record (MVR will be run)
• a full licence, not a learner's permit
• You treat a company truck like it's yours, and you check it before you trust it
• You're comfortable running a tablet or phone app for your route
• we'll train you
• You take pride in how a property looks when the crew pulls away
