Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance & Groundskeeper to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our property. This role involves maintaining outdoor grounds, performing landscaping tasks, and conducting general repairs to create a safe and attractive environment. The ideal candidate is capable of and has experience in light maintenance, painting, gardening, landscaping, janitorial duties and property care, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment efficiently. Staring pay rate is dependent on experience. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, weeding and watering to keep grounds well-manicured Maintain lawns using lawn care equipment and standard landscape practices Operate power tools and hand tools for pruning, edging, and other landscaping tasks Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs around the property Assist with seasonal clean-up activities such as leaf removal, storm prep & cleanup as needed Ensure all grounds are safe, clean, and visually appealing at all times Skills Experience with property and building maintenance and lawn care Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers and saws safely and effectively Skilled in using hand tools for various maintenance tasks Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in outdoor work environments This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment while contributing to the upkeep of beautiful grounds. Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
