Overview Landscape Laborer - Part-Time (Path to Full-Time)

— Boca Raton, FL We're looking for a hard worker to join our crew, starting part-time with real potential to grow into full-time based on your reliability and skill. What you'll be doing: Weed eating, edging, blowing, and operating zero-turn mowers, plus general landscape work as needed. You'll start out shadowing and training directly with the owner before eventually running routes on your own.

Requirements:

1-2 years of landscaping/lawn care experience Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Must speak English (some Spanish is a plus, not required) Physically able to work outdoors in the heat and sun for extended periods Dependable and coachable — this role grows based on performance What we offer: Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time Weekly bonuses for hard workers Hands-on training with room to grow into running your own route/truck We reward responsibility and skill — the more you show us, the more we hand you.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
