Schedule:

Four 10-hour workdays per week beginning November 1 Monday through Thursday with Friday and Saturday used for make up days Trim All Lawn Service is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties while delivering the quality workmanship and professional service our clients expect. Responsibilities Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance Prune shrubs, small trees, and ornamental plants Identify and report property concerns, including irrigation problems, plant health issues, and damaged equipment Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Follow daily schedules, property instructions, and company safety procedures Maintain a clean, professional appearance on jobsites Work cooperatively with crew leaders and other team members Hand pull weeds weekly Qualifications Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred but required Knowledge of plants, pruning, irrigation, or landscape installation is a plus Ability to safely operate commercial landscaping equipment Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Must have a positive attitude, open to learning new techniques Keen eye for details Schedule Beginning November 1 , this position will work four 10-hour days per week , allowing employees to enjoy a three-day weekend. Exact workdays and start times will be discussed during the interview. Compensation Pay is based on the applicant's landscaping experience, skills, qualifications, and ability to operate equipment.
