We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Gardener to maintain the outdoor spaces of a residential property in Gulfport, FL (33707).

Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns on a regular schedule
• Prune shrubs, hedges, and small trees
• Plant and maintain flower beds and garden areas
• Pull weeds and apply mulch as needed
• Clean up yard debris, leaves, and clippings
• Water plants and monitor irrigation systems
• Apply fertilizer and basic pest treatments as directed
• Keep outdoor walkways and patios clear and tidy
• Report any property maintenance issues noticed while working

Requirements:

• Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
• Knowledge of common Florida plants, grasses, and seasonal care
• Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment (mower, trimmer, blower)
• Physically able to work outdoors in Florida heat
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Must be punctual and self-motivated
• Basic English communication skills

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time:

• Flexible scheduling (weekday mornings preferred)
• $18/hour
• Tools and supplies provided This is an ongoing part-time position.
