The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of horticulture, lawn care, and landscape construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising projects while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting. Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance. Implement effective tree care practices, including pruning and health assessments. Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed at all times Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping projects. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and gardening techniques. Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Valid and clean driver's license (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be authorized to work in the
