Key Responsibilities:

Maintain lush tropical gardens and landscaped areas throughout the property Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and flowering plants native to the Keys Ensure walkways, pools, and common areas are clean and welcoming Assist with basic irrigation system maintenance Identify and address landscape issues proactively Support sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices Assist with special projects and storm preparation when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field Knowledge of tropical plants and Florida Keys ecosystem (preferred) Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team player with excellent communication skills Valid driver's license
