Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate grounds maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features like retaining walls or pathways Perform tree trimming, pruning, and plant identification to promote healthy growth and safety Manage irrigation systems by installing, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or winter storm cleanup when necessary Experience Prior outdoor work experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools are advantageous Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification and pest management is beneficial Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, or irrigation systems is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail in landscape upkeep and grounds maintenance tasks A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to landscaping, tree care, gardening, and hardscape installation Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
