Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and weed control
• Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
• Assist with the planting of flowers, trees, and other plants
• Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, including removing debris and litter
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
• Knowledge of plant care and maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to operate a truck while towing a trailer.

Both driving forwards and backwards.

Forklift, box truck, delivery driver, tractor-trailer, militarise, freight, paratransit, warehouse, communicate, yard jockey are not relevant to the Landscape Technician position.
