Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Worker to maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor landscapes. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, utilizing grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment to ensure properties are well-kept, healthy, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, landscaping, and groundskeeping, with a keen eye for detail and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging to achieve a neat and attractive appearance. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools safely and efficiently. Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, and soil preparation to improve landscape aesthetics. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Follow safety protocols during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations. Skills Prior outdoor work experience is preferred. Knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment operation. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward outdoor work responsibilities.
