Irrigation Installation Helper:

Coastal Irrigation & Plumbing is looking for a dependable, hardworking Irrigation Install Crew Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working alongside experienced irrigation installers on residential and commercial projects throughout Southwest Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outside, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants to learn a skilled trade with room to grow. What You'll Do Assist with new irrigation system installations and system renovations Dig trenches and prepare areas for piping and irrigation components Install and assemble PVC pipe, fittings, sprinkler heads, valves, and related equipment Assist with pulling pipe, backfilling, cleanup, and jobsite organization Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Help keep company vehicles and jobsites clean and organized Follow direction from the crew leader and learn proper irrigation installation techniques Work safely and professionally around customers' homes and properties What We're Looking For Reliable and able to show up on time every day Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat Able to perform physically demanding work, including digging, lifting, bending, and carrying materials Willing to learn and take direction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work effectively as part of a crew Irrigation, landscaping, construction, plumbing, or other outdoor trade experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer Full-time, year-round work On-the-job training Opportunity to learn the irrigation trade Advancement opportunities for employees who show reliability, initiative, and skill Established local company with a growing team This Job Is a
