Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to promote optimal plant health. Assist with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, and planting while adhering to safety protocols. Support hardscape projects by preparing surfaces, installing pavers or retaining walls, and managing other landscaping structures. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as debris removal, snow plowing during winter months, and general site cleanup. Follow safety procedures diligently while handling equipment and working in outdoor environments to ensure a secure workspace. Requirements Prior outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, plant identification, pest management, and horticulture principles. Ability to operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and irrigation systems is highly desirable. Strong attention to safety protocol adherence at all times during outdoor activities.
