Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of landscaping skills. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through effective landscaping practices. The Landscape Technician will be responsible for executing tasks related to lawn care, tree care, hardscaping, and overall groundskeeping. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating lawns. Execute tree trimming and tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular groundskeeping tasks including weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs. Utilize hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and hardscaping methods is advantageous. Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment proficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
