Part-Time Property & Grounds Maintenance Associate The Club at Venetian Bay - New Smyrna Beach, Florida The Club at Venetian Bay is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain the appearance and functionality of our clubhouse grounds, parking areas, and Drop Zone entertainment facility. This is a hands-on, part-time position offering approximately 20-30 hours per week . Primary Responsibilities Mow, edge, weed-eat, and maintain landscaped areas around the clubhouse, parking lot, and Drop Zone Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor gathering spaces clean and presentable Remove trash, leaves, branches, weeds, and other debris from the property Maintain the appearance of the Drop Zone, including seating areas, walkways, landscaping, and surrounding grounds Plant and replace seasonal flowers, mulch landscape beds, and water plants as needed Complete minor repairs, painting, pressure washing, and general property-maintenance projects Assist with event setup and breakdown when necessary Identify maintenance concerns and communicate needed repairs to management Perform additional odd jobs and special projects throughout the property Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance experience is preferred Comfortable operating lawn equipment and basic hand and power tools Able to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Able to bend, lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property looking its best Must have reliable transportation Weekend availability may occasionally be required
