Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor environments. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for executing a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and safety of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep grounds healthy and visually appealing Operate power tools and landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and hedge cutters safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy growth and effective pest management strategies Execute hardscape projects such as installing or repairing walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure work environment Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices Mechanical knowledge related to groundskeeping equipment operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with gardening techniques, plant identification, tree care, and lawn care practices Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and other landscaping machinery safely Knowledge of pesticide management and horticulture principles is preferred but not required Valid experience with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and hardscape installation or repair Commitment to safety protocol adherence while working outdoors in varying weather conditions Join us as a Landscape Maintenance Technician where your skills will directly contribute to creating stunning outdoor spaces.
