Job Description

Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a Groundskeeper to work on golf and grounds maintenance functions. As a Groundskeeper, you will be part of a larger team responsible for landscaping and grounds maintenance. The position is physically demanding and requires someone with a desire to pursue a career in horticulture services.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a larger team on landscape and grounds maintenance functions. Operate various landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment. Ensure positive guest service is provided at all times.
Qualifications:
Some experience in landscaping or yard work required. Knowledge of horticulture practices preferred, but not required. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Possess a willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers.
