Duties Maintain the overall appearance of the golf course by performing turf mowing, edging, trimming, and planting activities. Operate and maintain landscaping and groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, power tools, and irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist with irrigation system management, including installation, repairs, adjustments, and seasonal start-up/shutdown procedures. Conduct regular inspections of the course's grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair, including turf health, soil conditions, and landscape features. Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to promote healthy turf growth while minimizing environmental impact. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment usage, and pesticide applications to ensure compliance with safety standards. Experience Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or golf course maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued.
