ZooWorld Zoological Park is currently seeking a groundskeeper to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. Job Description General groundskeeping duties including, but not limited to, light mowing, small tree removal, trimming, edging, and pruning. ZooWorld is a 5 acre zoological park located just minutes from the beautiful Panama City Beaches. The facility is an original beach icon, originally built in 1940 and renovated in 1990. The grounds position is an important piece of our team as this person ensures that the daily appearance of the zoo meets our high standards.

Requirements and Daily Duties:

• Daily park cleaning. blowing sidewalks, washing windows, etc
• Landscape. mowing, weedeating, weed spraying, trimming
• Maintenance. simple plumbing and basic repairs, painting, pressure washing under guidance of the Project manager
• Construction. fence and simple structure construction and repair assistance as needed by the maintenance team Qualified applicant must:
• Be on time and reliable
• Work outside in ALL weather conditions
• Not smoke on zoo grounds or in parking lot
