Flexible; weekends and holidays required Job Summary Cabana Bay RV Resort is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our luxury RV resort. This is an entry-level, hands-on position focused on property upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance support to ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Keep RV sites, roadways, walkways, and common areas clean and free of debris Pick up trash and empty outdoor trash receptacles Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, fire pits, grills, and common areas Assist with maintenance tasks such as painting, pressure washing, and minor repairs Support property setup for events or guest needs as required Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Follow safety procedures and work respectfully around guests Qualifications Ability to perform physical, hands-on outdoor work Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Friendly attitude and willingness to help Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform manual labor Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Why Work With Us?
