Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a maintenance crew and make sure our properties are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We want someone who takes pride in their work, can lead by example, and doesn't need to be constantly supervised. The right person will be dependable, organized, able to manage a crew, and focused on providing quality work for our customers.

Monday-Friday, with occasional additional hours as needed

Pay:

Based on experience A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew each day Mow, edge, trim, blow, and perform general landscape maintenance Ensure each property is completed correctly and efficiently Keep crew members productive and on schedule Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials Safely operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other equipment Perform basic daily equipment checks and report problems Communicate with management about property issues, customer requests, or additional work needed Maintain a clean and professional appearance on customer properties Follow company safety procedures Be responsible for company truck, trailer, equipment, and crew while on the route Skills Valid driver's license required Must have reliable transportation to and from work Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred Crew leader or supervisory experience is a plus Must be dependable and show up on time Must be comfortable driving a truck with a landscape trailer Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Good communication and leadership skills Must be able to work well with others and keep the crew moving efficiently

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
