You don't need years of insurance experience to succeed — Brightway is looking for motivated, competitive, driven individuals who want to build a career in sales and are willing to learn. Brightway provides training, tools, leads, and mentorship to help you grow into a successful insurance professional, plus access to multiple carriers so you can offer coverage options built around each customer's needs. What You'll Do

• Learn and apply consultative insurance sales techniques
• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Assist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
• Learn insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings
• Work toward individual sales and production goals What We're Looking For
• Previous sales, customer-facing, hospitality, retail, or service experience preferred
• Insurance experience helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with prospective customers
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
