Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing your skills in landscape maintenance, and equipment operation. You will assist with planting, irrigation, and hardscape projects, ensuring our landscapes are vibrant, healthy, and visually appealing. This paid position is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor work and eager to develop their horticultural and landscaping expertise. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including sod installation, drainage, grading, irrigation repairs, paver installtion/prep, and concrete to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy. Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Assist with installing and repairing hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Maintain safety protocols by wearing appropriate gear, following procedures for equipment use, and ensuring a safe work environment at all times Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping preferred Mechanical knowledge related to power tools and landscaping equipment operation Familiarity with safety protocols for operating hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment in outdoor settings Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is a plus Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in different weather conditions Commitment to safety standards and attention to detail in all tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills help transform outdoor spaces into vibrant environments.
