Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and landscape installation tasks Maintain lawns by mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and applying irrigation systems to ensure healthy growth Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and installing garden features Use excavators and other construction equipment for hardscape projects such as patios or retaining walls Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance Support tree care activities such as trimming and removal to promote healthy growth and safety standards Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture or gardening Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures when handling tools and machinery Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, or hardscape installation is desirable but not mandatory Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and construction Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a visible impact!
