Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Member As a front-line employee, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service.

Your duties will include:

Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning to the highest standards. Working outdoors in all weather conditions, engaging in physically demanding tasks, and lifting/carrying items weighing 35-80 pounds. Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and prepared for the next day's operations. Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned. Leveraging tools to enhance performance. Job Requirements Previous experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related fields required. Willingness to continue training if lacking prior experience, completing within six months. Meeting additional minimum requirements necessary for the position. Benefits & Compensation The pay for this position ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, based on your experience in lawncare or landscaping.
