ASAP | Contract to Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and brings a positive, dependable work ethic to the team. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas

Remove trash and debris from the property

Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep

Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed

Support the maintenance team with basic tasks

Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning

Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors Requirements Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
