Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and garden bed upkeep. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators or tree trimmers to complete various landscaping projects. Support hardscape installations like patios or walkways by preparing sites and operating relevant equipment. Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance. Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations, including snow plowing or winter storm response when applicable. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial vehicle operation preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic vehicle or equipment issues. Hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Familiarity with landscaping tools such as hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery like excavators or tree trimmers. Knowledge of horticulture principles, irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and snow plowing operations is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks. Strong attention to safety procedures and the ability to follow detailed instructions for equipment use and maintenance.
