Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of work sites, including moving tools and materials Support arborists with tree removal, pruning, trimming, and planting activities Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other hand tools following safety protocols Help with rigging techniques for safe tree dismantling and limb removal using arborist rigging methods Conduct basic landscape maintenance tasks like lawn care, planting, and general landscaping duties Follow safety procedures diligently during all outdoor activities and equipment use Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Skills Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a strong safety focus Familiarity with equipment such as bucket trucks, chainsaws, and rigging gear Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, and removal techniques Ability to follow detailed safety protocols and instructions accurately Strong physical stamina for lifting, climbing, digging, and manual labor tasks
