Landscape & Irrigation Laborer Cason Landscape Company LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and can be counted on to show up and work hard. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation and maintenance Assist with irrigation installation, repairs, and maintenance Perform general labor including digging, hauling materials, planting, grading, and cleanup Operate basic hand tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow instructions and learn proper landscaping and irrigation procedures Work safely and efficiently in outdoor conditions Qualifications Reliable and dependable — attendance is very important Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Hardworking and able to perform physical labor outdoors Previous landscape or irrigation experience is a plus Understanding of landscape and irrigation maintenance procedures is a plus Valid driver's license The most important qualities are reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We are willing to teach the right person who wants to develop their skills and grow with the company. This position involves outdoor physical work and requires the ability to work in hot weather and various job-site conditions.
