Property Maintenance Technician Everlake Resort Covington, GA Pay:

Starting at $14.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) About Everlake Everlake is a luxury nature resort located on 110 private acres in Covington, Georgia. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper who takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoys working in a peaceful, nature-focused environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values attention to detail, and wants to be part of a growing hospitality team. Job Responsibilities As a Groundskeeper, you'll help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the resort by: Mowing, weed eating, edging, and blowing walkways Maintaining trails, roads, and common areas Trimming shrubs, trees, and landscaping Planting flowers, mulch, and seasonal landscaping Picking up litter and keeping the property clean Assisting with general property maintenance projects Cleaning outdoor amenities and guest areas Assisting with event and guest experience setups as needed Monitoring the property for maintenance or safety concerns Operating landscaping equipment safely and responsibly Qualifications Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required Experience operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, or other landscaping equipment is a plus Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional weekends or holidays may be requested based on resort needs.
