  • Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Golf Course Maintenance Associate and play a vital role in creating pristine, playable, and visually stunning golf courses.
This energetic position involves maintaining the health and beauty of the landscape, ensuring optimal turf conditions, and supporting overall course aesthetics. You will be responsible for executing routine maintenance tasks that keep the course in top condition for players and visitors alike. Responsibilities Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and turf health Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to uphold course aesthetics Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for turf care, aeration, fertilization, and soil conditioning Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, topdressing, and pest control to promote healthy turf growth Assist with landscaping projects including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and maintaining flower beds Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, repairs, and scheduling necessary servicing Support gardening tasks that enhance the overall appearance of the course environment Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance or golf course groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and landscaping techniques is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers is beneficial Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of course quality Join us in creating exceptional golf experiences by ensuring our courses are beautifully maintained!
