Multiple Properties (Travel Required). Company truck provided for travel between assigned properties. Occasional overnight and out-of-state travel may be required based on business needs.

Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Landscape Floater to support landscaping operations across multifamily apartment communities and commercial properties s. This position is responsible for traveling between assigned properties to assist with daily landscaping operations, special projects, quality inspections, and crew support to ensure our communities maintain an attractive, safe, and well-maintained appearance. The Landscape Floater will work closely with the Landscaping Manager and onsite teams to provide operational support wherever needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Travel between assigned properties to provide landscaping support as needed. Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, weed control, and debris removal. Install mulch, pine straw, sod, flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal landscaping. Assist with irrigation system inspections and minor repairs. Support landscape enhancement, pressure washing, and property beautification projects. Conduct quality inspections and identify landscaping issues requiring attention. Assist onsite landscaping crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, edgers, trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other power equipment safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment between properties as needed. Maintain assigned equipment and ensure vehicles, trailers, and tools remain clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and property management teams. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Landscaping Manager. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred. Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment. Knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance techniques. Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is preferred. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multiple property teams. Strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
