Lowcountry Blooms specializes in landscape and garden design, installation, and maintenance. Our work includes everything from full landscape installations and planting large trees and shrubs to seasonal flower beds and container gardens. We do not mow lawns — we focus on plants, gardens, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This is a physically active outdoor job, often in heat and humidity. We are looking for dependable team members who are willing to work hard, follow directions, and take pride in doing a job well. Responsibilities Assisting with full landscape installations Digging planting holes and planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Loading and unloading plants, trees, soil, and materials Moving and carrying heavy plants and landscape materials Planting and maintaining seasonal flower beds Creating and maintaining container gardens Weeding, watering, fertilizing, and light trimming General plant, flower, and shrub care Assisting with landscape enhancements and garden installations Keeping trucks, tools, and work areas organized Requirements Comfortable working outdoors in heat and humidity Able to perform physically demanding work, including digging, lifting, carrying, and loading Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Attention to detail and willingness to learn Plant knowledge is helpful, but not required — we will train the right person Friendly and professional with clients Why Join Us $15-$18/hour depending on experience Monday-Friday, daytime hours No nights or weekends Paid working interview after a short phone screening Opportunity to learn landscaping, gardening, and plant care
