Overview Building Talent Foundation, on behalf of growing landscaping company is seeking a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or maintaining lawns, your efforts will directly contribute to vibrant, healthy landscapes that delight clients and enhance communities. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and watering to ensure healthy and attractive grounds Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and tree trimming machinery safely and efficiently Perform landscape installation activities including hardscape construction, planting beds, and irrigation system setup Identify various plants and trees to support proper horticultural care and pest management practices Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues requiring attention or repair Experience Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools is highly advantageous Familiarity with plant identification, pesticide management, irrigation systems, and tree care enhances your effectiveness in this role Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tools, lawn care equipment, and hardscape installation is essential Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery confidently while adhering to safety standards Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is necessary Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach ensures high-quality landscape upkeep Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments!
