Responsibilities Install and maintain plants, grass, sod, and landscape features on client properties. Perform fertilization, pest control, disease treatment, and weed management, including addressing common issues such as nutsedge. Inspect, adjust, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper coverage and efficient water use. Replace sprinkler heads, adjust nozzles, and correct dry spots or overwatering as needed. Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with concrete work and general landscape construction tasks as required. Diagnose and resolve property issues beyond reported client concerns during site visits. Identify pest infestations, nutrient deficiencies, irrigation problems, and other site issues, taking corrective action promptly. Carry and utilize necessary pest control treatments, fertilizers, herbicides, and related materials while on the job. Communicate clearly and professionally with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and clients regarding work performed and property conditions. Qualifications Experience in landscaping, irrigation, or a related field preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently. Ability to operate landscaping and construction equipment safely. Demonstrated initiative and ownership of work, with a commitment to high-quality results. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
