About the
Position:
Princeville Sealodge I is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape & Maintenance Technician to help keep our property looking beautiful and well-maintained. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a solid understanding of both landscaping and light maintenance duties.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and raking leaves in common areas Maintaining and replanting flower beds, removing weeds, and watering as needed Cleaning and upkeep of landscaped areas around buildings and the property entrance Assisting the Resident Manager with light maintenance tasks such as: Cleaning stairwells and garbage chute rooms Painting, railing upkeep, and replacing lights Siding, stairwell or other carpentry activites Seasonal or special projects as needed Keeping tools organized and in good working order Reporting maintenance needs or equipment issues to the
Resident Manager Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable and punctual Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
