In this role, you'll be responsible for mowing, edging, trimming, and maintaining lawns and outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate lawn mowers (push, self-propelled, and commercial stand on) safely and efficiently Perform trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain clean and polished lawns Assist with loading/unloading equipment from trucks and trailers Follow daily schedules and work orders Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment Report issues, damages, or concerns promptly Hours include, but not limited to, 7am to 5/6pm, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays if needed. In spring and fall we usually run longer hours. Candidate must be willing to stay later and finish the work needed for the day. Spring and summers we run full time hours, anywhere from 25-50 hours a week. In the winter, we run part time - we only work when it snows.

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus (not required but highly preferred) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks Reliable transportation to and from the job site or designated meet-up point Timeliness to show up to work on time and be able to stay later when needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid driver's license (preferred but not required) Having a pesticide license would be great.
