Grounds Specialist-BISHOP BLOCK Dubuque Campus - Dubuque, IA 52001 Apply Apply Description We are seeking a reliable Grounds Specialist to join our team! The Grounds Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly outdoor environment. This includes routinely walking the grounds, picking up litter, and identifying potential safety hazards. The ideal candidate takes pride in the appearance of the property and works proactively to ensure it remains well-maintained and hazard-free.
Primary Duties:
Ensure outdoor areas remain free of trash and debris Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns Follow all safety guidelines
Work Environment:
Requires bending, stooping, and walking on uneven ground Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Wage:
$10.00 per hour
Schedule:
Part-time, up to 5 hours per week (flexible)
