Job Overview We are seeking an individual how can assist with maintaining the sprinkler system, keeping grass growing and buildings and grounds looking good. This is a full-time temporary position, with the possibility of turning into a full-time year round job within a different division in the company. Either with a maintenance crew or renovation crew. Duties Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Use hand tools for planting, pruning, aerating, and other horticultural activities Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to move soil, mulch, equipment, or landscaping materials Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs and perform repairs promptly Experience Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with irrigation systems a plus but not required.
