Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to communicate to management for proper care and health. Assist with snow plowing and winter maintenance tasks during seasonal changes to keep outdoor spaces accessible and safe year-round. Experience . Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently is essential for success in this position. Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture is helpful.
