Experience with lawn mowing equipment preferred. Bilingual; English/Spanish preferred. Duties Safely operate a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping equipment, including mowers Drive company vehicles to transport crew members and equipment to multiple job sites efficiently. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming shrubs, planting, and gardening. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Conduct groundskeeping activities including grounds maintenance and landscape installation projects. Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times. Experience Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing, pruning, planting, and hardscape upkeep. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required; experience driving commercial vehicles preferred.
