Full Job Description Location:

Batavia, IL Pay:

$20.00-$28.00/hour (Pay based on experience)

Shift:

2nd Shift, 2PM-10:30PM Verstela is hiring experienced Machine Operators / Set-Up Operators to join a well-established flexible packaging company in Batavia, IL. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate packaging/converting equipment Monitor machines to ensure efficient operation and quality output Perform troubleshooting and assist with preventative maintenance Understand machine documentation and interfaces Follow safety procedures, including emergency stops/E-stops Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with Quality, Material Handlers, and other operators Support additional production needs as assigned

Requirements:

Previous machine operating/setup experience required Flexible packaging experience strongly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude High attention to detail Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and stand for extended periods
