Candidates should possess a solid understanding of horticulture, landscaping, and equipment operation, including power tools and machinery such as excavators. Prior experience in tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and snow plowing is highly valued. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor aesthetics and sustainable landscape practices. Responsibilities Assist with daily landscaping tasks on residential and commercial properties Operate equipment safely and confidently Support hardscape and softscape installation and maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate hand tools and power tools for construction and landscaping projects Construct hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Qualifications 1+ year of professional landscaping experience Experience operating a sod cutter, bed edger, dingo, and skid steer Strong commitment to safety and proper job‑site practices Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including softscape installation, hardscape installation, and snow plowing Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Valid driver's license is required.
